Ruben Rubinyan Receives Members of European Parliament

On November 1, the Vice President of the RA National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan received the Members of the European Parliament, who had arrived in Armenia.

Ruben Rubinyan thanked his colleagues of the European Parliament for supporting Armenia.

The Deputy Speaker of the Parliament presented details on the large-scale aggression against the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia.

Touching upon the regional situation, the position of the Armenian side on the peaceful solution of the Nagorno Karabakh problem was voiced.

The NA Vice President underlined that the Armenian historical-cultural and spiritual heritage appeared on the territories under the control of Azerbaijan. The imperative of the quick return of Armenian prisoners of war was also stressed.

During the meeting the sides highlighted the establishment of stability and democracy in the whole region.
